Chandrayaan-3 is a lunar exploration mission by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO).

Chandrayaan-3 is scheduled to launch on August 23, 2023, and land on the moon's south pole on September 7, 2023

The spacecraft consists of a lander named Vikram and a rover named Pragyan

Chandrayaan-3 is expected to cost around ₹650 crore (US$75 million)

Chandrayaan-3 will make India the first and only country to land a spacecraft on the moon's south pole.
