About Hindi Scholarship Scheme 2023:

West Bengal Government has started the Hindi Scholarship Scheme 2023 for a non-Hindi student studying Hindi as a main or another combination of the subject. West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education operates the Hindi Scholarship Scheme 2023.

The total number of scholarship quotas is 239. There are no caste barriers. So, Students of any caste (SC/ ST / OBC / Gen) and community can able to apply.

If you and your father and mother are non-Hindi speakers, then you are eligible for this scholarship.

Hindi Scholarship Scheme 2023 Eligibility:

Below, we have listed the eligibility criteria-

The Student should belong to a non-Hindi-speaking State and be
ordinarily residing in West Bengal.
The student must be a non-Hindi speaker.
The student must be residing in non-Hindi states.
Regular candidates can be eligible for this Scholarship. He / She is not eligible for those who are peruse the Correspondence or distance courses.
The students passed the examination on the first attempt.
The students secured 60% marks in the examination.
If the candidate in employment is not eligible for the Scholarship.
This scholarship is combined with other scholarships as an incentive.

Graduation	Hindi is one of the subjects in Graduation with 60% in the HS Examination.
Post Graduation / Research	Hindi is one of the subjects in Post Graduation with 60% in the Graduation.

How to apply for the Hindi Scholarship Scheme

You can apply for the Hindi Scholarship Scheme either by sending the application form or by visiting the office.

If the students have already applied for this Scholarship, they need not apply for renewal of the Scholarship again.
